Fitness Studio

Our boutique fitness studio is open 7 days a week (5am - 9pm) and is accessible via fob key access. With exceptional equipment by Australian Barbell Company and Matrix Fitness, all training programs are provided for clientele at no extra cost. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness and friendliness that we offer our clients & we have 24/7 security for your added safety.

Barre

Barre is full body workout, focusing on lengthening, toning and stretching, whilst utilising elements of ballet, dance, yoga, pilates and fitness.

Boxing Fit

Boxing Fit is a full-body workout that strengthens your core, increases your fitness and coordination. Develop core strength with a full-body cardio and strength training workout, improve your endurance and stamina, increase upper body strength & enjoy a great way to reduce stress.

Lift & Burn

Lift & Burn provides clients with a challenging, full-body workout utilising functional training principles for maximum results. Improve your fitness level in a motivating, supportive environment with one-one-one correction and attention from our knowledgeable coaches.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a dynamic, total body workout featuring classical Pilates exercises with and without small equipment such as the Ball, Band and Pilates Ring. Our Mat Pilates classes have been designed to energise, rejuvenate and transform your body regardless of age or ability.
